Update – We are continuing to monitor the SEP SBE Cloud infrastructure and will provide updates as new information is available. The next update will be provided by the end of Jan 30th unless pertinent information becomes available earlier.
Throughout this incident customers may see intermittent connectivity issues on their endpoint agents. Please be assured the protection services provided by the endpoint protection agent remains unaffected and continues to protect devices it is installed on.
