What I did was go to the settings and where there is the connected click and it should show you your router, click and if it say enter password, then enter it. If that doesn’t work you will have to do it again and instead of clicking it click “Forget this Router” It will be in red. And let it connect again. Hope it helps! Thank you Bye!!!

If you are using a wireless connection, then try to move your router and your PS3 closer together to get a stronger signal, and if your using a wired connection, try to wire yourself directly to your router and make sure you aren’t accidentally connected to a neighbor’s network
