That computer should run FSX on ultra high with no lag. Heck, my computer does and it isnt as good as the one your wrote the specs for. However, getting it to run with no lag depends on the resolution you are running as well as the computers (mainly CPU, RAM and Video Card) specs. Lower resolution will run smoother and less laggy than higher resolution. The more RAM your video card has, the better you will be able to run games at higher resolutions. To play a game with no lag you should be looking for at least 50-60FPS. That goes for any game, not just Flight Sim. The human eye can perceive 60 frames per second. Anything higher than that means that the system is good but we cannot actually perceive the difference.
