For a completely silent system with no moving parts at all, you can add an SSD hard drive, or if you'd prefer to make a portable file server, simply add your own high-volume 2.5 hard disk. Fits the needs of those who need a 24x7 home file server, with very low power consumption. Being fan-less and using an internal notebook SATA HD assure a completely silent operation. It really fits anywhere due to its tiny size, this includes hiding it behind books on a shelf or sitting besides your TV set top box.
