Well it depends… If you’re using a cordless phone, it could be receiving interference from a wireless component on your computer that is operating on the same frequency. You might try purchasing a cordless phone operating a different frequency than your current phone. If the phone is not cordless, then it might have something to do with cables or components on your computer that aren’t magnetically shielded. These are just suggestions as to what might be causing the interference, properly diagnosing a problem like this is difficult to do with out being physically there.

Question by DLB: Why am I not able to get my Canon PowerShot A510 digital camera to work w/my Dell desktop computer?
I am running Windows 2000 Professional. I downloaded the software from disk supplied by Canon. I restart my computer & remove the disk, per instructions. I then connect the camera to the computer, turn it on, then I’m taken on a round-n-round journey to install the driver & new hardward. I’m able to install the camera thru the Control Panel. I just can’t seem to get my computer & camera to get along & work together! Help!

I have a nikon coolpix s570 and a standard 4gig memory card. I need to upload my pics and vids.
I already have the cable in the camera and hooked up to the computer, but nonthing is happening as if i was doing this on a PC.
I have heard there is a memory card slot on the mac, but how does that work??

Some Mac’s have card readers. Just insert the card into the slot and use Find to find and copy all the image files from your memory card to the computer. Easy
