FYI: The hdd’s I am mentioning as “fried” were 1 Seagate 1.5TB “LP” series, 1 Seagate 1TB “LP” series, both 3.5″, latest gen and connected with a Fantec case via USB (using their own external power supply) and finally a 2.5″ WD Scorpio blue 500GB connected with an AC-Ryan case via USB (powered through the USB port). I never plugged or unplugged any USB device with the player powered on! This video was made with a Sony DRC-HC17E camcorder. The footage is 100% original and un-edited, except for the voice over I added to provide better quality regarding my comments/description. The original audio captured with my camcorder is still audible in the backround. So far LG has done nothing to adress ANY of the issues mentioned or shown in these videos. I hope posting the sad truth about their product will shake them and wake them up.
