When simple data backup is what your looking for Carbonite is the answer, bar none. It doesn't have all the bells and whistle but it works great. One of the coolest features is the little dots on each file you chose to backup.
Carbonite is no stranger to security. Carbonite offer 128 bit encryption and your own personal encryption key to boot.
Ease of use is probably the best out of all the product listed. Just rigt click on the folders or drives you want backup and select "back up". Initial backup may take some time, but incremental backup are fast. 
Autoback/Schedule- you can have automatic or scheduled backups.
Recovery is simple. Just select recovery mode from task bar manager. A folder appears with your backed up files, simply drag and drop the files you want to restore.
