Most decent surge protectors/power strip combos cost between $12.00 – $22.00 actually. This also doesn’t take into account actually calculating in high quality (Monster/Belkin/et. al.) units that could provide similar protection and capacity… nor the ability to adapt the unit to block power adapters through expansion and diagonal positioning combined.
